  1. Very informative, and worse than I thought. Fortunately, I’ve given up orange juice, in favor of fresh fruit in season, as local and organic as I can manage. It turns out that the body deals better with the fructose in the fruit when it is consumed as the fruit, as opposed to, for example, high-fructose corn syrup, which seems to be linked to obesity:
